Is the Point Card system getting reworked anytime soon?

Mostly, despite being the closest thing to an official answer we will ever get, because it says absolutely nothing, and you very well know that.

How about 1/2/6/30/60, that is, matching recycle values of point cards with recycle values of cards by rarity? Why does building a useful file have to be tantamount to watching water boil for 3 months?

This is correct. Now that people mentioned the issue it is something I will investigate further, but not for a few sprints. If point card suddenly become more important in the user's eyes than new features or monitization then that will change.

I'd simply like to pinpoint cards without it resulting in a total loss and ridiculously unfair exchange. Is that too hard to ask?

You discussed two separate issues here.

Priorities are taken care of based on overall need and uesr feedback. Most feedback seems to focus on modernizing the engine, cross platform compatibility, and reworking the monitiziation system to make it easier for new users while lowering the overall cost per card. I'm flexible, but you'll need to state your case as to why point cards are more important than the items above it in the queue.

As for being able to get a card you want, the auction house is on its way.

edit: Also, to be perfectly clear - I don't know what other companies promised you. If there's something you want, speak up. I won't know about it if I'm not told.
