I'll like to try out Duchy of Crest and Merc Nation and possibly new lvl 3 solar rush but i can't even play and put them into test at folrart arena without running into WK return abusers every duel.

You forgot about Afee SS as well.
That SS arguably worse than a single return type grim.
You can't have fun with Lv 3 rush as long as other people pack Afee SS.

He made a post a while back about how he was excited about the possibility of changing the meta by putting restrictions and limiting what cards were available. I mean I'm not sure if it's still a possibility, but I know he talked about it in the past.

This would splint one broken leg, but there are 2. If it's not return, then it's sp drain. Without the fear of Return, everyone who was using it will start spamming Exorcist and Urgrant instead. Even if you do get the new cards you want to try on the board, they're just gonna eat a face-full of Zu-Jyuva Overdose. If we really are to see honor and fairness like Gon says, both legs need splinting. I'm not gonna bother mentioning the arms, one issue at a time for me.

Banning Return mechanic or Return grims? It'd be cool to play Dio without having to worry about lv3 Return.

I don't use (many) returns in my WK...(only 2 grims with return-style abilities instead of the usual 4-5 and volfy)
