i like how return proof is a very important part of the card rating. i think lvl 3s w/o lvl buffs are out of commission.

It's not part of the rating, unless you're talking about sweet dreams grim or acid rain grim.
+1 Lv is a huge bonus tho since loosing field presence and thus also having sp removed is crucial.
