It's practically impossible to program a Falkow file, so don't expect that. Note: by impossible I mean it would take so much dam time it's just not going to happen.

Tho to address your main request, a meta file that's on autopilot may only be as good as a 1600RP file so I'm not sure if this would really help that much.

I am of the opinion that if you can't program an NPC do deal with returns, whether that be to replay a card or to actually USE a return, then they are, by default, a waste of everybody's time.

They will not provide any useful training or practice to anyone with any return mechanic in their file (as they don't now). If you truly want to use them to assist in training, then you really do have to make the effort.
