Codified Community Tournaments Coming

We can call it the Duke it out tournament.

In honor of Callonia, I think it should be called "Fight like a Real Man" tournament.

I resent that, it implies women fight dirty, which is not always true. I propose the name "Fight like a Real Warrior". Though the rules only cover about a quarter of what's worthy of that title at most.

I'd still like to know if the restricting of certain cards will be part of the tournament coding or if officials have to manually watch out for rule-breaking.

Mines better because it pokes fun of the notion of what it means to be a "real man," whatever the hell that means, especially when playing a kid's card game

If we do it in Training arena, most likely manual I think.
Cause you can't forbid some random player to unable fight in training arena just cause s/he using one of the banned card.

This looks awesome! I'm looking forward to some tournaments for sure. Also, I'd be happy to volunteer as a host or host's assistant.

We've had a number of community tournaments in the past, generally run in the Training Arena

I was wondering what the chances are of opening up the tournament tab for some (but not all) of these tournament. I personally really like tournaments in which I can use cards I don´t own, but it´s also useful for very restricted tournaments as it´d help out a lot of players who don´t have a large card pool.

I am working with Logress to draft the specific rules of this program. Warning, the rules document might be a little lengthy.

Update, I finished the rough draft for the rules and e-mailed it to Logress for review approximately 2 days ago. Should expect to see this program go live next week.
