Delete stupid threads with no purpose

Please explain why the forums are allowed to fill up with absolute stupidity, but intelligent and well thought out posts get deleted?

Well objectively speaking, most of the posts on here are stupid given the subject matter (an internet card game). The fact that we'd spend so much time discussing this topic could definitely be seen as stupid. A lot of things people do for entertainment can be seen as stupid as well. The way I see it though, It's all in good fun. Sorry far, but I gotta respectfully disagree here.

i don't watch music videos however vocaloids is the lone exception for some reason.
