New Special EX Half-Boxes are UP

The new half-boxes starring Holy Chain Soldier Aisha and Rusted Colossus are up in the shop, and the Card List. They will be up for TWO WEEKS (cue Arnold from Total Recall).

Each of these will be 1000 gran and will contain one copy of either ‘Holy Chain Soldier / Aisha’ or ‘Rusted Colossus’ (your choice), one guaranteed 4-star, 2 guaranteed 3 stars, and 27 additional cards between 1 and 5 stars -- for 31 total cards. Although three copies of the new cards are not necessary to make them playable, especially Colossus.

How exactly does Rusted Colossus work? The way I'm reading the card, it seems like you should only play one copy, and then either retrieve it from the cem or revive it once it closes and "breaks free." I'm curious as to how the level comes into play, though. The AT= LV x 10, is that a permanent status that it gains afterwards (ie from now on the card gains at=LV)? Or does it's attack stat permanently change to whatever it's LV was on close? Clarifications on how exactly the close ability functions would be nice.

You basically need to kill him twice, the first time he has 60 HP the second time he gets HP 30 and AT = LVL x10, AGI 3. The AT is permanent. The Close Skill works only once.
You could run 2, for example double play him then drop Miracle fruit or Primrose.

I was hoping for a solid unit to use as a EX, not some gimmick.

Alright, let's just take a closer look, at first glance, she looks like a lv 4 ranged Ridrea, with the possibility to 'hit' own units. For 1 sp -_-
While other files can already do double hits for free. I feel this is useless with that 1 sp condition. People rather use Aivault/guardian.

but let's just run through the list of refress counters. I don't want to bother with other files counters. I'm sure there's a good combo out there, but I want to play pure refress, damn it all.

Oh who am I kidding? On paper it looks like it has potential, but I still feel that it's probably going to fail due to sp. One wrong move and the counter and file goes boom.

Gowen ex is incredible. They gain the turn 1/2/3 tank. The hell? I'm thinking of naming it retardedly good colossus. Expect to see a lot more sergis SS in alteil.

Rusty doesn't seem that special to me from what I've seen in Folrart. 2 Slots on a sacrificial unit that will delay activation of your SS and requires 1 SP for fruit or another Sacrificial unit with Prim? I think there are better openings.

What kind of file would that be? It's kind of hard to imagine playing that card at that stage of the match, especially for that purpose considering Gowen sphere.
