Had to spend the last few hours taking care of my cats post-surgery instead of networking. Sorry.

The others are still working hard.

Alex and CSquared can't continue debugging the Avatar issue until we install some new diagnostic software on our server, which will we do shortly.

I wonder if when you switch to the new system if I will be able to play at work. It just stays on the loading screen right now. Here's to hoping.

A lot of administrative stuff today. That includes expanding the team a bit.

Tomorrow should be productive - want to finish off visible tasks.

May make my first video update for an e-mail about the sprint.

Is a new sprint going to be up soon? It is almost the deadline...

That and I congratulate the Alteil Team for the vast improvement in trying to communicate with the community on what they are doing.

Thanks. I still want us to do better so I'm configuring a new system where we will have more accurate estimates.

We also are expanding with more people (as I'm sure you have noticed from what I've been doing for the past few days) because our pace still isn't fast enough for my liking.

Logress sent me a proof of concept of the video but I still want a few tweaks. I put a shout out for feedback on a few gaming sites. I want a steady flow of at least 3 people who never heard of Alteil per week to give us feedback.

Thanks. We have substantially more resources now than we did last sprint (by a massive factor), but we still aren't moving at the pace I'd like - still working on improving that. One of the reasons we keep the sprints as short as realistically possible is to learn form the mistakes from past sprints.

I plan on starting weekly video updates next sprint.

ThatDave is looking into conventions for advertising Alteil.

Obviously we'll be at ConnectiCon. I'm going to talk to one of my contacts about PAX East.

What will you be advertising there to the ex-alteil players? That's very important to consider!

perhaps until the game is actually improved through change or perhaps forever since there are so damn many other games and better things to do @_@
