Hi all,

I would like to point out to all who read forums just how good the customer service here is. Our GM's Logress and Mysteryman both put in extra time and effort to help me recover more than 24 5 star cards from my account. This involved processes they had never done before and required some effort on their behalf. This was done during the weekend, which I understand is their free time.

I'd like to pass on a big thanks to both GM's and pass on some public praise.
