While non-refess cards can be uber OP, they are usually the faceroll kill'em all win by turn 12 OP.
Refess OP tends to just be "I'm going to sit here and wait for you to lose because you can't kill my units'.
Phoenix chick deserved the nerf, and quite honestly still needs a looking at.
