Web dev team is updating teampulse now (they are trying to get on the habit to do it at least once a day). Will have good idea of what to expect for new page.

Going to shoot igor an e-mail to update his status about the chat client.

Alex is waiting on me so he's doing massive amounts of research for sprint 6 as I hold him up. He's too damn fast :)

Should have a chat with logress about the status of the achievement engine.

Even thought hings aren't perfect yet, it still feels good to be in a state where I can at least show you guys something shiny every two weeks. You've all be patient for it.

According to Logress, Viral and Mark are really coming along nicely with the new portal site.

Oh MM is it possible for you to create a Event counter, to keep track of how many battles we have done for the events. Because trying to get that 20 battle achievement gets harder and harder to keep track as pre turn 10 quits start piling up.

I'll add that as a story to the bag log tomorrow morning. It will be prioritized against other requests at the beginning of every two week sprint.

The teams are now scheduling their retrospectives, demo days, and sprint planning meetings.

Demo days show what they have done this sprint (only that which was planned so we don't glorify items being thrown in the middle of the sprint).

Retrospectives include what we need to start doing, stop doing, ideas, and shotouts/praise. I shy away from these meetings to encourage teams to be honest with each-other for negative items.

Sprint planning is where we decide what tasks a team has before next sprint.

We will hit the ground running with sprint #6 with no delay between sprints.

Looks weird to me.

Why change the position of iczer portraits?

Threw me off when I needed to look at opponent's sphere levels.
