There's no time limit on how long it can be active for. Simple.

Rom's bias show through here.

While every other effect is limited to 2 turns.

By that logic Burning and Marking status is Op, both last forever in till the unit effected dies.

Burning and Marking suck in comparison to all your units double hitting, especially when it doesn't cost SP to attack. Still, Death Touch seems kind of pointless most of the time.

Burning is grimiore focused.

Marking is on wimpy dolls that die in one hit.

Death touch is on 100 hp martial artists because romdeau got tired of losing to solar kingdom.

Before death touch came into play the match up used to be like 50% toss up.

Now its always in martial artist's win unless the player is horribad.

Call, this is a great idea from you. Promoting gowen decks by pretending they are OP + opening whinie treads for them so they will be recognised and played more often.

"Everything that has a way to deal with DF outside of Refess should be nerfed including returns, penetrate skills and etc."

There's nothing OP about it. You are supposed to make use of it so it's normal as it is.

not op as far as I can tell.

Fun Fact: Death Touch originally was supposed to do 5 damage to a target when it applied the status. Romdeau whined about how that wouldn't help him beat star dragon. It then got changed to doing 0 damage so that you can use it on star dragon or other counter skill units without having to worry about counter skills.

True story. I was opposed to this, for the record.
