Can't play at all.

Is it just me?
I've been unable to play all day. Now this message appears when I try to log in:

There's way too much variety to get from pulls. You get used to it. I… I don't even see the names. All I see is 5 gran, 30 gran, 10 gran.

There seems to be an issue that comes and goes. We are working on it now.

Sorry for not updated, I fell asleep while the server guys were working on it. Seems they got it straightened out about an hour after my last post up there, but we need to track down the cause now. Seems like the sql server was bombarded by an external source.

Like most of our other problems, it looks like this was caused by one of our Microsoft Azure servers. Vadym put in a stopgap to mitigate the symptoms but I'm going to try to move our login system from Azure to our own network.

This should hopefully stop the overloading connection strings.

The logs say the hammering is coming form mstheater.org but I'm betting that they share an IP with us.

Sorry for cluttering up the General Discussion.

I put it here because we don't know how many players are having this issue and it would be better to have some kind of coordinated resource. Not everyone goes and reads Fel's.

You're still right, so I'm all about moving this thread there. Next time I'll make sure to post in the proper forum.

also can't login.

getting:

This webpage is not available

and this is on the laptop where the game isn't broken while there is still an issue on the desktop. (if the GMs remember the report)

I cannot login anymore either, the error message i'm getting is --> The login name or password provided is incorrect.

And there's no forgot my password button at all!

This problem happened to me for the first time and so i tried to find an forgot pwd button but couldnt.
