Wait, the whole point of vonderclone is that you don't need to set up because you can unsetup your opponent in one turn.

A tactic that can undo many turns of setup is lame... Multiple Returns in 1 turn is a horrible concept.

So buff vonderam as a unit, and **** his SS.

Honestly, the biggest problem with Vondaclone isn't really the soul combo itself, but the lack of design built around levels resulting in no counter play. That is, in a perfectly designed game, there would be whole layers of design build around the leveling mechanic. Up leveling and down leveling would be a relatively common function with interesting interactions and fun combos. In such an environment where rushes have lots of ways up uplevel and rewards for doing so, vondaclone wouldn't be nearly as effective. I honestly don't think this should be nerfed at all, but rather it should be nerfed indirectly by adding mechanics related to leveling.

Why is there QQ about Vonderclone when Leviathan has been out for years and hard countering everything Refess comes up with.

Oh wait, it's not fun when it's being done to you guys but it's fun when you're the one not taking the punishment. I see.

I like the very noticable lack of return abusers in JP alteil 2.

well the top return deck in a2 just got nerfhammered to be unplayable like a month or so ago.
As a side note Call, refess is arguably top meta atm.
Self proclaimed user of weirdness, one of the few crazy people to actually use a pure sorceress file...

I have to disagree, the Top RP right now revolves around OPDilate and Dio
2nd RP was EN with Fierte SS
3rd RP is Mystere Dio

I don't know the 4th and 5th.

Actually if one of the better players would use mid refess he would get to 2000 RP easily, same applies to other stronger files. Folrart at the moment isn't competitive, if a player with above average skills uses OP cards and plays a lot of matches he will eventually reach 2000 RP (for every lose get 10+ wins).
