Just saw it with my girlfriend and a few of her cousins, it was a pretty good movie but I wouldn't consider it a must see. I'd probably give it a B+. I can't really comment on what I did or didn't like about it with out spoilers.

I really want to see this movie now.

The first trailer I've seen of it made me think, hm ok a quick flick kind of movie. Then When I saw the second trailer [the one that starts off at a car chase] I thought wow this is going to be pretty nice. But I think what did it for me was the whole dramatic trailer they showed on tv. I won't say anything about what I think might happen in order to avoid the chance of being right and spoiling it for everyone else.

-Very very minor spoilers (if you can even call them that)-
****
Basically I liked the first half of the movie better then the second half. After a certain event occurs about half way through the movie, the movie changes pretty significantly. Overall I still enjoyed the second half, but I'd give the second half maybe a B- while I'd give the first half an A, thus why I gave the movie a B+ over all. Even the first half wasn't exactly A+ worthy, but it was pretty funny, the second half just didn't have quite as many laughs for me, but its understandable considering how the event changed the plot.

give this movie idea to me and let me rewrite it
it failed because it attempted to be funny at the beginning
then totally switched to drama at the end
wtf?

i could take one idea from Hancock
and make it a great movie

Bear killing axe-man was meant to be what it's name suggests - a killer unit. Sadly, there were no bears to kill in Alteil.

The entirety of the movie was absolutely wonderful. A heart wrenching kind of wonderful but wonderful no less. I love Hancock, and really truly consider it to be the best movie of the summer. I've a lot of love for lonely super people. Which is most super people...

Gather light to you.
Little root, deep root
Bind the earth to you.
Mind the trunk that holds you high!
Mind the branches long and proud!
So strong stands the forest.

This movie was ok....

My uncle came and dropped off the dvd, he was talking about how good it was blah blah, he was like you haveeeee to see it, it was sooo good.

After I watch it, I'm like..... "oh thats it?"

It wasn't as good as he made it out to be =/

I was a bit disappointed.

Also, I had 1 question throughout the whole movie, and it wasn't even answered, meh.....

The only funny part was the first conversation of the whole movie, the rest of it wasn't really funny to me, I was actually getting mad at what he does, I didn't find what he did funny at all :/
