Vordore's War Room Introduction

This is not the place for talk of Beginner’s Files and what LP does. Within these walls, people talk of the Active Phase, Skill timing, RNG=0, and how to bypass DF.

Alright, going to be the first daring person to ask: Can RNG=0?

Azure Dragon - East / Vordore
Auto Ability: Strategist's Plan
One enemy unit in [area: 7-8-9] gets RNG=0 for this turn.

I'd say yes. :)

Yep, and a unit with RNG=0 can't attack at all.
Well, actually, you can. But the damage would count as zero.
A unit with RNG=0 can however take a rest, and as usual, can recover 25% of its MAX HP.

I guess I'll brave the waters with question number 2:

What happens if your set list reaches zero? I realize the obvious "you can't play anything new", but is that the only penalty?
OR is reducing LP to zero the ONLY way to win?

Hmm well I've gotten down to no cards left, I think, and the game still went on so I guess LP going to zero is the only way.

Now I wonder what happens if you manage to force a foe to remove a card from an empty file....Lol, anyone up for a little experimenting?

I feel this is why the direct attack vs the iczer exists. If you can not play anything and your opponent has cards in play, then he would attack your LP directly. Otherwise, the game would end due to the turn or time limit and be judged accordingly.

There's also Sunbeam Cage in Refess: "All units except Refess units get RNG=0 for this turn." Love that one.
