Nerf Elite Fencer. Change start skill to "target unit of agi 4 or higher gets AGI = 3. Then, this unit gets AGI = 4 for this turn and ATK +10"

I was thinking more along the lines of FFVII AC

Tifa does seem to be more "endowed" in the chestal area. And she fights with fistacuffs where Lapierre has a lantylit or light sword. Not really sure what that is. Kind of looks like a half whip, half sword.
