My suggestion is don't transition because of the fact that the higher your level the lower your rate of getting any high ranked cards from the card lotto is the best thing you can do is not level up at all and instead play MM for months on end till you can build yourself a good deck.

Eh? Um, you definitely don't get worse cards from lotto at a higher level than a low level. Please stop spreading false information, thanks.

it isn't that you get worse cards it is that you get less high ranked ones.

Fair enough, poor choice of words, but still false if i'm reading it right.. you do not get less high rarity cards from lotto as you level up. In fact, the only difference in being able to acquire cards by being high level is that you get cards from level up less often.. but get very rare cards to make up for it. So actually, you get more high ranked cards as you level up, not less...

Hey buddy, i'm level 82 and I know most of the other high leveled players.. so I know that that's not the case at all, because I play lotto usually instead of packs. You really aren't fooling anyone, okay?

If you mean in terms of lotto? Lotto doesn't discriminate based on level.
