Guys, stop lookin at these cards from a meta standpoint. They're not gonna hook up newbies with EFS, monster decks, lycan rush, etc for 5 bucks. These are just some 1* cards to give options. They're not the best, but decent from a 1* standpoint. Aside frome 30/30 SS, there aren't a whole lot of better options out there...

Now a 2* "beginner" pack... that could get pretty sick.

I mean you don't want to excuse halberd soldier with another "you have to time it right vs permanently 30 DF buffed units!" phrase, do you?

Lawtia got nothing.

let's put it this way, on my falkow alt, I wouldn't add a single one of those cards (or I already have them, such as witch, from starter and FM lotto), since none fit. on my lawt alt on the other hand, I could (and would) add crest halbred.
both got shafted compared to refress & gowen though.

About lawtia getting shafted, in general, how many 1* cards in lawtia are actually super good anyways?

There is a pretty limited selection after all. Lawtia's pretty heavily reliant on 2*'s I think.

And may I maybe hope for even a 3* "Advanced Pack" as well?

Of course, those would be appropriately priced... and not really accessible to free players... low spenders on the other hand... well there you go, good way to encourage spending ^^

Well ya, that would make sense ... like say having some players drop 15 - 20 for such a pack / box instead of leaving the game in frustration.

More like $7.50 for 2* and the pack contains 30 cards; then $10 for 3* and the pack contains 20 cards.

To elaborate, there are 20 3*'s per sphere, 80 3*'s in total. For $10 dollars for only 3*'s and for 20 cards, we're talking about 50cents per card, even though the recycle value is already at 30gran. You'll probably be able to completely well over half of the 3*'s from about 50 dollars, whatever you don't need will recycle for a little more than half of what you paid, giving it much much much higher return value than either packs or boxes. Once you've gotten 3*'s out of the way, there's almost no point in buying boxes or packs other than to chase after 4*'s and 5*'s which means you'll be recycling 90-100% of your purchase. This works similarly with the 2* pack for $7.50 as that's only 25cents per card while they recycle for 10gran each, compared to a pack which avg's 30cents per card and recycles for 7gran each, not to mention the huge advantage of having a pack only give 2*'s and 3*'s.
