I have yet to see an anime with good fillers. In fact... I disliked how some animes turned completely into fillers after a few good episodes. It's like... Suspense... Unresolved.

Any fillers that are actually good? Or does the definition of a "filler" contradict this?

Fillers should burn in hell and that's it.
Alteil is pretty much well balanced. Sometimes you loose and sometimes the enemy wins.

fillers i think by definition are just something that is completely unnecessary, but that doesn't necessarily mean that they can't be (rarely) entertaining.
Tactics is knowing what to do when there is something to do. Strategy is knowing what to do when there is nothing to do.
