if anything i guess if it had the whole minimum for participation, then it would be more like most other events...which...i think have them as well?

Can you post a submission at any time? Or do you have to send the submission on a particular time for it to be included in the contest???
Also, when I try to click the "send submissions HERE"-button, it opens up a new window saying "this link has to be opened with a program" along with two options, g-mail and yahoo-mail, both of wich I don't use.. I use hotmail, so how could I send you my submissiong using that?
