i uno, Gowen has it's fair share of pretty damsels, as well as Falkow and Refess.. Heck let's take a count shall we?
Refess: 3 Set 1 + 1 EX + 2 Set 2 = 5 Female Cards
Lawtia: 6 Set 1 + 1 EX + 7 Set 2 = 14 Female Cards
Gowen: 4 Set 1 + 1 EX + 3 Set 2 = 8 Female Cards
Falkow: 9 Set 1 + 1 EX + 7 Set 2 = 16 Female Cards
That is only counting cards with the "Female Card" label, so Grimoire's, Dryad, Sylph, Undine, Enchanter (surprised there) and a few others that look female are not counted.
And we see, Falkow is the female sphere, they also seem to boast the most female Characters.

Candi, how long did it take you to go through the list card by card to find all the ones with the Female label? (Because I'd been trying to find a way to narrow the card list down by just such a criteria, in order to make a "Girls' Night Out" deck...)

About 15 minutes... I just copy+pasted Verlaat's URL for the card into my browser then rapidly went through them by incrementing the number at the end by 1.
When you come to card 99 it jumps for the ex packs, and jumps again (I think to 171) for set 2.
