Nope. Q doesn't trigger stuff like Phage, Mallet, etc.
My build was fine for this match. I built Urgot with the intention of pushing (hence the 4 tower kills). Tiamat helps with HP/MP regen for early laning and provides splash for clearing creeps. Bloodrazor has the random proc of dealing 600 to minions plus it helped with taking down Udyr/Blitz.
