This has been well covered in the forum but I thought I'd take this ranking time to cover a few things about our now slightly smaller team here at Alteil USA...
Hello everyone! Anna and I will be the first to admit that we haven't be as active in the community as we used to be. But circumstances are such that the two of us are moving onto greener pastures and will no longer be providing our services as GMs for Alteil. Thank you very much for your enthusiasm and support during our time here, but we pass the torch onto the other GMs and wish them the best of luck.
We'll check our PMs until the end of July, but after that please direct all inquiries to Logress or Lupos.
As many of you know, we've been planning a round of Errata (re-balancing). The Japanese decided it was worth having their whole balance team do a run of all the cards with the changed ones added. We had to schedule it with them, so the due date has been set at August 10. Mark you calendars!
I've got Alan Wake on the brain. You got a problem with that Steven King? I plowed through it in a couple of evenings and I loved it. I highly recommend you check it out if you've got a 360. It's one of the best single player games I've played in a long time...
... Edgar Alan Poe! One of the worst but best parts of the game is a stereotypically overzealous FBI agent who likes to always call Alan, the protagonist, different famous authors (as he is a famous author). It's so Michael Bay cheesy, but in the midst of the high tensions seriousness that makes up most of the game it's a welcome bit of comic relief. Ain't that right Homer!?
As always anyone who has fought in the arena and explored his own Psyche to discover the where abouts of his missing wife receives at least 10 gran. Listed below are your top 5 Iczers, top 3 Guilds, Guild who leveled up and Guilds that have become official.
Everyone should now have their prizes! Here's the winner's circle. Remember, you can only get one prize, so if you qualify for two then someone else gets the lower one.
Arakis' Quest - the Double Copy Quest 7/19/10-8/2/10
Due to popular demand, this Quest is going to a sequel Quest like our last one was. At the beginning of this year there was a Quest where you weren't allowed to use more than one copy of any given card. That sounded pretty difficult, but some strong files came out of it regardless. This time we're going to do something similar, but a bit less restrictive.
